CULTKILL MUSIC is proud to present FLESIA’s second full-length release ACHTERBAHNEKSTASE that will be unleashed on CD and limited black and neon-green 12” vinyl on 31st of October.
In 2021, this Leipzig-based trio released their debut LP TROST on Revolvermann Records and already showcased the sonical array Flesia intends to capture. Only four years later, Flesia are about to return with the release of their sophomore full-length ACHTERBAHNEKSTASE.
Right from the start, it was clear that the sound of Flesia is not for the faint-hearted and occasional listener. This blistering and captivating acoustic wall of furious Black Metal wholly devours the listener. The rollercoaster ride that the title of the album suggests (Achterbahn = rollercoaster) perfectly resembles the journey the listener is put through while wading or being forcibly pushed through these three tracks of transcendental thunderstorms. Ranging from raw and maverick Black Metal all across suffocating Sludge and towards crushing sequences of Doom, the overarching strikingly clear artistic voice remains omnipresent.
